You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the vendor and order status
Once an order is accepted or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

ZityOne is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control
Customers must provide accurate delivery details
Vendors are responsible for:
Product quality and hygiene
Accurate pricing and descriptions
Order preparation and packaging
ZityOne is not liable for vendor product quality or service issues.
Users must not:
Violate laws or regulations
Use the app for fraudulent purposes
Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
Attempt to hack or misuse the platform
All content, branding, logos, and technology used in ZityOne are owned by ZityOne and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
ZityOne shall not be liable for:
Vendor-related issues
Delivery delays
Losses arising from misuse of the app
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the app is at your own risk.
